We look with pride on our achievements and our foresight. We draw on the experience of almost 30 years with many a challenging phase and sometimes difficult decision. We are grateful for the trust placed in us by our customers and the cooperation based on partnership.

2021 - Bundling of all forces in the DIAGONAL Group

We are setting an important milestone in the history of DIAGONAL: the bundling of our payment, accounts receivable management, debt collection and credit assessment services to form the DIAGONAL Group. Still owner-managed, we present our full-service philosophy, which we have always lived by, to the outside world under a uniform corporate identity. For decades, many of our customers have benefited from our seamlessly interlocking processes for the entire payment and receivables management process, and the number is constantly growing. With the DIAGONAL Group, we now also see ourselves excellently positioned in terms of market strategy.

2020 - All payment methods for your online store

With Holger Kück as Managing Director of Diagonal Service GmbH, we have an absolute expert in the field of payment method management on board. As a payment service provider, we can offer our customers over 200 international payment methods for their online store. Under the DIA PAY brand, we solve the challenge of our time with a unique service: securing insecure payment methods, such as purchase on account or direct debit, and thus mastering factoring in the anonymous world of online stores. We offer all payment methods from a single source, complementing our portfolio to perfection: all the building blocks of payment and receivables management – transparent, interlinked and efficient.

2019 - Partners become one

What belongs together comes together: crejuris inkasso gmbh and ConKred Inkasso GmbH merge into Diagonal Inkasso GmbH. For many years Axel Rodeck (Managing Director crejuris), Klaus Kuhlmann (Managing Director ConKred) and Philipp Kadel (Managing Director Diagonal) have appreciated each other as advisors and partners and still do today. The merging of societies has determined life, the growing together has been more than successful and under one flag we go into the future.

2016 - Credit assessment as a logical consequence

If you know your customers, you can anticipate your debtors. In order to guarantee you reliable service in all areas of receivables management, we have always worked with the methods of credit assessment. Our satisfied customers have given the decision to include the service directly in our portfolio. Via your personal area in the creditor portal, you can autonomously check any number of potential customers and business partners. You have access to Germany’s most informative database at all times. This coupled with our wealth of experience are the guarantees of success for the right decision.

2016 - The judicial dunning procedure in the portfolio

With the foundation of DIS Deutsche Inkasso Service GmbH, we are able to bridge an important gap. From the first commercial reminder in your “look & feel” to pre-court debt collection, we have come a long way with you and your customers. In order not to leave you alone in the judicial dunning procedure, we have always cooperated with competent partners. The legally correct handling and long-term management of titled claims is a tedious and lengthy process that should not be part of your core business. DIS GmbH has developed efficient automated processes that take this work off your hands in its entirety, thus successfully realizing even those claims that you thought were lost

1998 - DIAGONAL becomes technology leader

In the dissolution of Telekom’s monopoly position at the end of the 1990s, we recognized an opportunity to sensibly supplement our company’s portfolio. Providers of international telephony are entering the open market. To do their business, all you need is a wire and a ballast. In the absence of manpower, outstanding receivables remain uncollected. We’ll take care of that! Hundreds of thousands of small claims flutter into our homes at the same time. We cope with this onslaught with our specially developed programs on high-performance computers. With our in-house IT development department, we are establishing ourselves as the industry’s technology leader.

1993 - Pioneers of the debt collection industry

In the 1990s, we pioneered an unprecedented service: telephone debt collection into German living rooms, after work, just before the daytime news. We meet the debtors in their homes, in relaxation. The element of surprise is on our side and in millions of phone calls we get to know the people behind the debt. This is how we inspire our customers with high realization rates. Three decades of experience in communication psychology will follow.
